My Workout Schedule

Yes! it's time to stop the excuses and start being active! after a full of activities ( and ice cream ) summer it's time to think about your health. That's what I'm currently doing! While I was on tumblr and weheartit I found a workout schedule: 


What I really loved about this schedule is the fact that I have 2 days off that you can do whatever in and they are in the weekend so I started looking for some workout so I found this:

you can achieve amazing abs with that workout and I also found another workout schedule on weheartit:

I really liked this workout and I could do it every day!
A good workout can't give any good results unless you eat right so next time my new post will be about healthy eating on a budget with ideas from http://neilarey.com/
