LEG & BUM WORKOUT : MARCH FITNESS CHALLENGE

Hello guys!
Welcome back to this month's fitness challenge!
Last month's challenge was a great hit for me! I loved the fact that I was able to workout basically everywhere and I did it (but not everyday).
This month I'm focusing on my legs and bum because I think I need to tone my legs a bit and I feel like they need work.
Yesterday, we worked on our legs in PE and my thighs hurt so bad right now, walking, sitting down and getting up is hard so I'll need to give them sometime and I'll start this plan!

Everybody seems to hate working thighs and butts because they're such a huge muscle group to train. Some great ideas here!
